The first CD of this new project, "Free Grace So Amazing" published by Plantation House Publishing, produced and co-written by Dove winner-Joe Beck along with Cindi Benzel-singer, songwriter and pianist is a declaration of freedom! It’s an innovative and powerful tool for reaching the lost and offering help to a hurting world. Internationally known producers, singers, musicians and songwriters have come together donating their time and talents to share the Gospel through music! The vision for this project is to give away 1 million CDs each year, through hard copies and downloads at
www.free-cd.org . “This gives us the opportunity to reach the lost with the Gospel through music! What a God idea! So we decided instead of charging people for music, we would make it easy and give it away!” declares Cindi.
CINDI’S CAREER
Cindi is the co-pastor and senior worship leader of Harvest Time Church in Lincoln, CA. The thing about Cindi that makes her distinct in ministry and music is that it is like breathing to her. It is executed with wisdom and humor and a deep knowledge of the word of God. Life experiences have taught her to love mercy and to be merciful. Her style of worship will always emphasize the mercy and grace of God that draws men and women to Himself. Cindi has been a union musician, studio pianist and vocalist, backup singer for “Young Messiah”, pianist for nationally known ministries such as Rhema Bible, Kate McVeigh, Chip Brim, local TV talent and talk show co-host. Cindi is a great speaker with an emphasis on God’s grace and mercy.
CINDI’S PERSONAL LIFE
Cindi is crazy about her family! Cindi married her first date and high school sweetheart, Fred. They have 2 sons, Chad and Todd. Chad has 3 beautiful children; Grace, Anabelle and Seth. In 2010, Todd married the love of his life-Grace ("Auntie Fabulous") and they are expecting their first baby in September of 2012. One of Cindi’s greatest joys is that her son, Chad, singer/songwriter/guitarist plays in the band with her on lead guitar and vocals. Cindi’s dad also joins her on occasion, singing trio with her and her son, demonstrating that multiple generations can enjoy worshipping together. Cindi and Fred reside in a 100 year old historic home in Lincoln, which represents the deep roots they have in their lives and in their ministry.
